Welcome to Snap Two Ski! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Snap Two Ski, Inc., a Minnesota corporation. Snap Two Ski, Inc. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (snaptwoski.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To make purchases, you will be asked to provide billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We sell a single product: the Snap Two Ski kids' ski tether. We make every effort to accurately represent our product, including descriptions, images, and dimensions. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions or discontinue the product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Snap Two Ski, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully — we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy (snaptwoski.com/policies/refund-policy).
You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or import charges unless expressly stated.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You represent that the payment method you use is authorized for the purchase and that charges will be honored.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMS
We ship domestic orders via USPS from Minneapolis, Minnesota. International orders ship via USPS First Class Package International. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
For international orders, your package will be handed off to your country's local postal carrier upon arrival in your destination country. Tracking updates may stop once the package leaves the United States.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Snap Two Ski, Inc. is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges assessed at delivery.
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services — including text, images, graphics, video, audio, the Snap Two Ski name, and logo — is owned by Snap Two Ski, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Snap Two Ski is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Snap Two Ski, Inc. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Snap Two Ski, Inc., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Snap Two Ski, Inc.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAP TWO SKI, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Two Ski, Inc., Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota for any disputes arising under these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
