We want you to love Snap Two Ski. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Domestic Orders (United States)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
International Orders
International orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to the cost and complexity of cross-border return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will make it right.
