After the first 30 days, your tether carries a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as a ski-training tool.

What the lifetime warranty covers
  • Broken or defective buckles or webbing from manufacturing errors
  • Stitching failures due to faulty workmanship
  • Material defects under normal use conditions
What's not covered
  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, fraying)
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Loss or theft
Modifications & misuse
Any alterations to the original product void the warranty. The tether must be used as intended — as a ski training tool. Unauthorized changes or alternative uses disqualify a claim.
How claims are handled
