Prize 5 — 999th Place (The “Last Skier Down” Prize): $250.00 USD, paid by check. 1x Snap Two Ski Tether, winner’s choice of color subject to color availability. Snap Two Ski swag pack. ARV: $300.00. Awarded to the entrant whose qualifying score submission is the 999th place entry logged by Sponsor’s contest system at time of contest close at 11:59:59 PM CT on July 17, 2026. See contingency provision below.

999th Place Contingency: The 999th Place Prize will only be awarded if a minimum of 999 (nine hundred ninety-nine) unique qualifying entries are received during the Contest Period. If fewer than 999 qualifying entries are received, the 999th Place Prize will not be awarded and the total prize pool will be reduced accordingly. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the 999th Place Prize with a random drawing from all eligible entries if the minimum threshold is not met, provided that such substitution is permitted by applicable law.

Total maximum prize pool: $1,250.00 USD (if all five prizes are awarded).

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law. Prizes valued at or above $2,000.00 are subject to IRS reporting requirements; Sponsor will issue Form 1099-MISC where required. All five (5) prizes in this Contest are valued at $500.00 each and do not individually trigger IRS reporting thresholds as of the date of these rules. Only one prize per person is allowed.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning Prizes 1–3 and Prize 4 depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the relative scores and yeti-dodge counts submitted during the Contest Period. Prizes 1–3 are awarded to the three highest verified scores; Prize 4 is awarded to the highest single-session yeti-dodge count.

Odds of winning Prize 5 (999th Place) are exactly 1 in [total entries received], provided the 999-entry minimum is met. Only one (1) entry — the 999th chronologically — wins this prize.

Odds statement (to be updated at contest close with final entry count):

  • Prize 1: 1 out of [total] entries submitted.
  • Prize 2: 1 out of [total] entries submitted.
  • Prize 3: 1 out of [total] entries submitted.
  • Prize 4: 1 out of [total] entries submitted.
  • Prize 5: 1 out of [total] entries submitted (awarded only if ≥ 999 entries received).

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be determined as follows after the Contest Period closes:

  • Prizes 1, 2, and 3: Awarded to the entrants with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd highest verified game scores submitted during the Contest Period. Score is defined as the cumulative point total recorded by Sponsor’s game system at the time of submission.
  • Prize 4: Awarded to the entrant recording the highest number of yeti obstacles successfully dodged in a single game session, as logged by Sponsor’s game system. If multiple entrants record the same yeti-dodge count, the entrant whose qualifying session was submitted earliest during the Contest Period will be deemed the winner.
  • Prize 5: Awarded to the entrant whose qualifying score ranks 999th place on the final contest leaderboard at contest close, as determined by Sponsor’s contest system, subject to the 999-entry minimum contingency in Section 5.

Tiebreaker: For Prizes 1–3, in the event of tied scores, the earlier submission timestamp wins.

Potential winners will be notified by email within ten (10) business days following the close of the Contest Period. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact each potential winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select the next-eligible alternate.

Each potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release (and where lawful, a Publicity Release) within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to timely return required documents may result in disqualification.

Prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days of winner verification, as required by applicable law.

Winners will be identified by first name and last name initial or username on a variety of social media. Winners will be identified in full to any regulating authority and also to any person who requests the winner list in writing pursuant to these contest rules. By participating, each participant is consenting to the release of his or her first name and last name first initial or username on social media and to his or her full name and any information required by regulatory authorities to regulatory authorities, and consenting to the release of the full name only, pursuant to any request for the winner list pursuant to these rules.

8. Entry Verification and Fraud Prevention

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any entry that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted through automated means, bot scripts, or other methods inconsistent with genuine game play. Multiple entries submitted from the same IP address, device, or email address in excess of the daily entry limit will be subject to review and may be disqualified. Sponsor’s decisions regarding entry validity are final.

A purchase of Sponsor’s products, without a corresponding game score submission, does not constitute a Contest entry.
