If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Snap Two Ski Tether within the first 30 days of purchase, we’ll replace it—no questions asked. Whether it's a manufacturing issue, accidental damage, or anything else, we’ve got you covered.
Lifetime Warranty – Manufacturer Defects Only
After 30 days, your Snap Two Ski Tether is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. The Snap Two Ski Tether is designed as a ski training tool and for no other specific use or function. Modifying the tether or using it outside of its intended function will disqualify your warranty claim. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description in this warranty.
What’s Covered:
Broken or defective buckles or webbing due to manufacturing error
Stitching failures caused by faulty workmanship
Defects in product materials (under normal use)
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, fading, or fraying from regular use)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
(e.g., stomping on the buckle, altering the tether design)
- Loss or theft of the product
Modifications & Misuse
Any alterations to the original product void the warranty. The Snap Two Ski Tether is designed for specific use as provided; modifying the tether or using it outside of its intended function will disqualify your warranty claim.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@snaptwoski.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product (including the issue area)
- We aim to process all warranty requests within 7 business days.
We do not sell customer data.
We do use an outside service provider (godaddy.com) for website managements services and to process sales and refunds, which are processed through godaddy.com’s management services. To that extent, the outside service provider has access to your full credit card information, but we do not have independent access to your credit card information. This may appear as “godaddy payments” on your credit card statement. Information that we collect. We collect the basic information necessary for a sale, including name, address, email address, and phone number of the purchaser. For verification purposes, we can see the last four numbers of your credit card account, but not the full credit card account information. We keep that information for a minimum of five years.
How we use the information. We use the information collected to manage customer accounts, process purchase and refund requests, manage warranty claims, and create and utilize an email list for future marketing to current and previous customers.
Security and Protection. This information is secured by godaddy.com, through its website management services, which are identified in go daddy’s privacy policy (see link above).
